  • Who can enrol in this Course?

    Anyone facing Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Overthinking etc. & serious about healing herself & putting in 30 mns -1 hr every day for self-healing can enrol. However, if you face severe anxiety / serious mental disorders like bipolar, schizophrenia, trauma etc., I would advise you to enrol in this Course only in consultation with your psychatrist.

  • Do I need to have a well-set self-healing practice for enrolling in this Course?

    Absolutely not. You can be an absolute beginner & do this course & there are no such requirements. In the course, I will teach you in a step-by-step way how to create a daily Anxiety self-healing routine & strategies to cope with Anxiety when it arises.

  • How will I get my queries resolved?

  • Will I be completely free from anxiety if I follow the techniques taught by you in the Course

    To be frank, NO. I have suffered anxiety myself pretty much all my life & let me tell you that Anxiety Healing is a lifetime process. The techniques taught in this course will help you set up a daily self-healing practice & have ready certain strategies to deal with Anxiety when it strikes. If you diligently practise these techniques, it will go a long way in helping you cope with Anxiety & fasten your healing process.
